If you need to cancel your order, please inform us via email at info@belmorecakes.com.au at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pick-up time. If you meet this requirement, we will provide you with a full refund.

Please note that we cannot refund any orders on the day of delivery or pick-up, as we bake on order, and your order will have already been prepared. Therefore, it’s important to cancel your order at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
